ORDER CANCELLATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us via e-mail or our site contact form within 24 hours of the submission of the order. No cancellations or customizations are allowed after 24 hours from the order submission. This policy ensures that our small business can remain sustainable. Thank you for understanding. (All international orders are final sale and returns and exchanges are not accepted.)
MADE TO ORDER
Most of items in the shop are made to order, unless the product is noted as an "In-stock item" on the product page. Our production time varies between 2-3 business days (excluding the weekends) and 4-8 weeks from the date the order and payment are received until the day of shipping preparations, although many items may be shipped earlier. Please see the product description to check the production time and please feel free to get in touch if you have a question on lead time. Thank you!
PAYMENT
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All shop prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Due to the rising price of precious metals, pricing is subject to change.
SALES TAX
California residents pay sales tax upon checkout. Customers outside of the United States are 100% responsible for importing and customs duties and taxes associated with the order. We recommend that you check your country's requirements before placing your order.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use UPS, USPS, or Fedex, and ship Monday to Friday. All packages will be shipped with tracking number. Shipping normally takes 5-13 days depending on your location. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Hikaru Furuhashi Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via USPS, Fedex or UPS International to many countries. We may be unable to ship to certain countries due to their customs and shipping regulations toward precious metals and gems. In this case, we will cancel the order and the customers will be fully refunded. Some countries may require additional import and customs duties and sales taxes. The customer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes and clearances. Hikaru Furuhashi Jewelry is not responsible for those duties, fees and costs, including any refused or returned packages. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
