PROCESS

All jewelry by Hikaru Furuhashi is carefully handcrafted in her studio in San Francisco, California. Designs are hand-carved in wax or metal, then hand-casted into various recycled and refined metals. Unique, hand-picked and conflict free gemstones are set by precision. Hikaru is committed to environmentally-friendly studio practices.

RING SIZES

Hikaru Furuhashi’s online shop uses United States ring sizes. For customers outside of United States, please refer to this site to determine your U.S. size.

PRECIOUS METALS

We proudly use 100% certified recycled and professionally refined platinum, gold and silver in our cast metal pieces to help reduce the environmental impact of metal mining. All metals used in studio are recycled constantly in-house or back to our US based green certified refinery to receive a new life to become our jewelry again. 

DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES

Our white, black, and champagne diamonds are certified conflict-free and come from sources that participate in the Kimberley Process Certification system. Hikaru strongly cares about human rights and environment issues related to gem mining. Other gemstones we use come from reputable sources and are hand-picked to ensure a unique, one-of-a-kind look.

The photos in the shop are general representations of the items you will receive. Because of the handmade nature of the products, finished items may have slight variations and their own unique handmade marks, especially when jewelries are uniquely sized or modified.
