Returns and exchanges are accepted only for non-custom items. Cast-upon-order silver, gold and platinum items, earrings and sale items are final sale. We do not accept international returns or exchanges. The customer must contact us using the contact form or e-mail within 7 days from the date you received the order. The item has to be unworn and in its original condition in order to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number are not valid for return, exchange, or refund. We will not refund original shipping costs, and will charge the shipping and insurance associated with the exchanged item. Refunds are only issued after we receive the purchased item. Please send the items you are returning with a trackable shipping method and carrier insurance. We are not responsible for items you have returned if they are lost or damaged in transit.
Customized items (such as items with unique requested sizing, materials, and chain length for necklace/bracelets, etc) and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.
RESIZING AND REPAIRS
For items which resizing is possible, we can resize for an additional fee of $30 plus sales tax (for California residents), shipping and insurance. Please note that some items cannot be resized due to the unique designs or materials used. Certain items can only be resized to a single half or whole size smaller or larger.
Please make sure that your size is correct before placing the order. The best way to know your ring size is to go to a professional jewelry store and have your finger measured using a ring sizer.
We stand for the quality and craft of our jewelry and carefully check and pack every piece before it goes out to our customers. In case of unfortunate circumstances, we do our best to repair the items if the damage is caused by normal use and proper care. Please note that a fee will be associated with the repair, shipping and insurance. Please read our Product Care section for information on how to properly care for your jewelry.
